This routine is designed for sensitive skin that looks dull, tired, or uneven due to dehydration, a stressed barrier, and low-level irritation. The goal is to calm the skin first (so it stops overreacting), then brighten gently using a sensitive-friendly ampoule with tone-evening ingredients, and finally lock in results with daily mineral sunscreen.

- Weeks 2-4: more consistent radiance and clearer tone as the brightening ampoule is used regularly.

AM Routine
How to Use- (Steps 1 to 5)
- Cleanser: Cleanse for 30-45 seconds with lukewarm water. No hot water, no scrubbing.
- Toner: Apply 1 light layer with palms and press gently (do not rub).
- Treatment Ampoule: Apply a thin layer. Start every other morning for 1 week, then daily if comfortable.
- Moisturizer: Apply a light, even layer to keep skin calm and comfortable.
- Sunscreen: Apply generously to face and neck. Reapply when outdoors or in strong daylight near windows.
PM Routine
How to Use- (Steps 1 to 4)
- Cleanser: Cleanse gently but thoroughly to remove sunscreen and the day’s buildup.
- Toner: Apply 1 layer (2 very thin layers if skin feels tight).
- Treatment Ampoule: Use 3-5 nights/week to start. If you feel stinging or see redness, reduce frequency first.
- Moisturizer: Seal with a comfortable layer to support overnight recovery.
Sensitive-skin buffer option: If your skin is reactive, mix 1 drop of the ampoule into your moisturizer in your palm, then apply (same products, gentler feel).

The buyer is responsible for the imposition of customs duties and clearance.
In the event that a recipient refuses to accept a shipment due to non-payment of customs duties, the customer shall bear the cost of return freight. How are items packaged?
We package our products in individual boxes. Each product is packaged with a plastic layer and in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.
How to track your package?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
You can track the status of your package after the order is placed on the order status page and an e-mail including the tracking link is emailed once the order is shipped.
What is the estimated delivery time?
