Shipping from South Korea to your doorstep

Luxiface ships directly from South Korea. Shipping is charged per order, not per product, and most orders are processed within 0-2 business days.

Shipping rates and delivery options

Available shipping options and delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country, courier availability, customs clearance, and local postal handling.

Discount code usage policy

Only one discount code can be used per order. Customers cannot combine multiple discount codes in a single transaction.

For example, if you have both a flat discount code and a free shipping code, you can choose the one that gives you the greater benefit at checkout.

Customs duties and clearance

The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

If the recipient refuses to accept a shipment due to non-payment of customs duties, the customer will be responsible for the return freight cost.

If the shipment is discarded, abandoned, destroyed, or not returned by customs authorities, the customer will be responsible for the total value of the shipment, including freight charges.

Free gift terms and conditions

• The gift is added by Luxiface based on the total order value before taxes and shipping.
• Gifts may include travel-size miniatures and may not be full-size products.
• The offer is valid while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
• Luxiface reserves the right to substitute the gift with a product of equal or similar value if the original gift is unavailable.

Renewed products

Korean beauty brands often update their product packaging, names, and/or formulations. Sometimes, these renewed products become available before our catalogue is updated.

In such cases, Luxiface may send the renewed version of the same product.
