How to Use- (Steps 1 to 5)

- Toner: Apply 1 light layer with palms, press gently. No rubbing.
- Treatment Ampoule: Apply a thin, even layer over the face. Add a tiny extra tap only on dark-spot areas.
- Moisturizer: Apply a thin layer to seal hydration and keep the barrier steady.
- Sunscreen: Apply generously to face and neck. Reapply if outdoors or in strong daylight near windows.
PM Routine
How to Use- (Steps 1 to 5)
- Cleanser: Cleanse gently (do not over-cleanse). If you wore heavy sunscreen, cleanse a bit longer, still gently.
- Toner: Apply 1 layer. If your skin feels tight, do 2 very thin layers instead of 1 heavy layer.
- Treatment Ampoule: Apply a thin layer. If you are easily reactive, use it only at night for the first week.
- Moisturizer: Apply to lock everything in.
- Sensitive-skin “buffer” option: If you feel any tingling, mix 1 drop of the ampoule into your moisturizer in your palm, then apply (same products, gentler feel).

How are items packaged?
We package our products in individual boxes. Each product is packaged with a plastic layer and in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.
How to track your package?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
You can track the status of your package after the order is placed on the order status page and an e-mail including the tracking link is emailed once the order is shipped.
