Discount Code Usage Policy Including Free Shipping:
We allow the use of only one discount code per order. Customers cannot combine multiple discount codes in a single transaction. For example, if you have both a "Flat 6% Off" code and a "Free Shipping" code, you can choose the one that provides the greater benefit at checkout. 

If you are eligible for free shipping, please remove any existing discount code. The free shipping code will be automatically applied.

The buyer is responsible for the imposition of customs duties and clearance.

In the event that a recipient refuses to accept a shipment due to non-payment of customs duties, the customer shall bear the cost of return freight. Additionally, if the shipment is discarded or abandoned by customs authorities, the customer will be held responsible for the total value of the shipment, including freight charges.

Many Korean brands update their formulations and/or packaging, and sometimes we do not get a chance to update our catalog. In such cases, we send the renewed version only.

How are items packaged?

We package our products in individual boxes. Each product is packaged with a plastic layer and in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.

How to track your package?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

You can track the status of your package after the order is placed on the order status page and an e-mail including the tracking link is emailed once the order is shipped.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We usually dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays), and it usually takes up to 5 days for the package to be delivered depending upon courier partner

Due to the nature of skincare, makeup, personal care, wellness, and consumable products, we are unable to accept returns for items once they have been delivered and opened for use.

This is to ensure product safety, hygiene, and quality for every customer.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. After reviewing the case, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

We may request additional information or photos to verify the issue before approving a refund or replacement.
