AM Routine

How to Use- (Steps 1 to 5)

1. Cleanser: Cleanse 30-45 seconds with lukewarm water, rinse well.
2. Toner/Essence: Apply a thin layer (hands or cotton). If you are new, use only 3-4 mornings/week for the first 2 weeks.
3. Peptide Serum: 1-2 pumps, spread thinly, press gently into skin.
4. Season 7 Cream: Optional in AM for oily skin. If you use it, apply a micro-thin layer (less than pea-size). If sunscreen feels moisturizing enough, skip this step.
5. Sunscreen: Apply generously to face and neck. Reapply if outdoors.
