Madeca21 Teca Toning Toner is a fresh, non-sticky toner designed to replenish moisture while supporting clearer, more even-looking skin. Niacinamide is paired with Centella asiatica and the Centella-derived components asiaticoside, madecassic acid and asiatic acid, plus sodium hyaluronate and rose-derived ingredients.
