AM Routine

How to Use- (Steps 1 to 5)

1. Cleanser: Cleanse 30-45 seconds with lukewarm water. No hot water, no scrubbing.
2. Rice Toner: Shake, then apply 1-2 thin layers by pressing into skin (especially cheeks and under-eye area).
3. Eye Cream: Use a rice-grain amount per eye. Tap gently with ring finger along the orbital bone (not on the lash line).
4. Moisturizer: Apply a comfortable layer to face and neck. For very dry zones, add a second thin layer.
5. Sunscreen: Apply generously to face and neck. Apply carefully around eyes and avoid getting it into the eyes.

PM Routine

How to Use- (Steps 1 to 5)

1. Cleanser: Cleanse thoroughly to remove sunscreen and daily buildup.
2. Rice Toner: Apply 1-2 thin layers (press in, do not rub).
3. Eye Cream: Same as AM. Tap gently, no dragging the skin.
4. Moisturizer: Apply a slightly richer layer than AM to support overnight recovery.
5. Puffiness tip: If morning puffiness is your main issue, keep the eye cream in the fridge and do a 20-30 second cool press (no aggressive massage).
