COSRX The Vitamin C 23 Serum is a concentrated radiance serum formulated with 23% pure ascorbic acid for skin concerned with dullness, uneven-looking tone and post-blemish marks. The formula pairs vitamin C with panthenol, squalane, sodium hyaluronate, glutathione, vitamin E, allantoin and caffeine to balance brightening-focused care with hydration and conditioning support.
