This routine is built for eczema-prone skin that needs daily barrier support without heavy, greasy layers. The focus is to minimize irritation triggers (over-cleansing, friction, fragrance), calm visible redness and discomfort, and keep hydration light but effective so skin feels stable, not smothered. This is a supportive skincare routine for eczema-prone skin and does not replace medical treatment.

• Days 3-7: less tightness after cleansing, fewer “stingy” moments, skin feels calmer.

AM Routine

How to Use- (Steps 1 to 5)

1. Cleanser: Cleanse 20-30 seconds with lukewarm water. Avoid hot water and scrubbing.
2. Toner: Apply 1 layer with palms and press gently (avoid cotton if you are reactive).
3. Centella Ampoule: Apply 2-4 drops and press into skin.
4. Moisturizer: Apply a thin, even layer. Add a little extra only to dry-prone zones.
5. Sunscreen: Apply generously as the last step. Reapply when outdoors or sweating.

PM Routine

How to Use- (Steps 1 to 4)

1. Cleanser: Cleanse gently to remove sunscreen and daily buildup.
2. Toner: Apply 1 layer (use 2 very thin layers if skin feels tight).
3. Centella Ampoule: Press in for calming support overnight.
4. Moisturizer: Apply a comfortable layer to seal hydration and reduce overnight dryness.

Flare-day rule (same products, fewer steps): If skin is stinging, cracked, or actively flaring, simplify to Cleanser (PM only if needed) + Moisturizer + Sunscreen (AM). Less touching, less irritation.
