AM Routine

Step 1: Cleanse in the shower with [PyunkangYul] Calming Acne Clear Body Wash 290ml. Massage gently over the back, chest, shoulders, and other blemish-prone areas, then rinse thoroughly.

Step 2: After drying the skin completely, spray [celimax] Ji Woo Gae Heartleaf BHA Body Mist 150ml onto targeted back and chest areas from a short distance. Let it dry before dressing.

Step 3: Apply [Centellian24] Barrier body lotion 500ml to areas that feel dry, sensitive, or tight. Use a lighter layer over acne-prone zones and a more generous layer over dry areas.

Step 4: Apply [Laundryou] Moisture Sun Cushion Clear 25g to exposed body areas such as the chest, shoulders, neck, and arms. Reapply during the day when exposed to sunlight, sweating, or after towel-drying.

PM Routine

Step 1: Cleanse with [PyunkangYul] Calming Acne Clear Body Wash 290ml to remove sweat, sunscreen, body oil, and daily buildup.

Step 2: Use [celimax] Ji Woo Gae Heartleaf BHA Body Mist 150ml on the back and chest. Start 3 to 4 nights per week if the skin is sensitive, then increase gradually as tolerated.

Step 3: Apply [TIAM] Anti Blemish Body Lotion(Back&Chest) - 200ml to blemish-prone areas. Use a thin, even layer and avoid freshly shaved, broken, or irritated skin.

Step 4: If the skin feels dry or tight, layer [Centellian24] Barrier body lotion 500ml over or around treated areas to support comfort and the moisture barrier.

How to Use

Important notes
