Rice toner contains Goami rice extract and 4 kinds of vegetable-originated extract complex to soothe flaky dead skin cells by forming a moisture protective layer. Sirtuin from rice protects skin damage from sun rays and helps to relieve skin stress. Goami rice contains more hemicellulose than other rice. The product forms a protective barrier over the skin to prevent water loss, eliminate dead skin cells and provide luster and moisturization. Shake it enough to make two layers mixed well before use. It has a double-layer texture that is split into water and emulsion layer. It provides deeper moisturization and nourishment.
