Shipping from South Korea to your doorstep

Luxiface ships directly from South Korea. Shipping is charged per order, not per product, and most orders are processed within 0-2 business days.

Selected Mexico-fulfilled items ship locally within Mexico. For DDP services, product-based import charges are calculated separately from freight at checkout.

For the DDP options, the rates above are freight only; applicable VAT and customs duty are added at checkout, with no additional import charges payable on delivery. Free shipping on orders over $59.99 is available via Korea Post only for selected countries.

Australia, Canada, England (GB), Hong Kong, India, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, and New Zealand.

Country, order-value and service conditions apply. These postal offers do not apply to European Yun Express or FedEx DDP services. Any DDP free-shipping promotion requires an eligible discount code; it is not automatic.

Discount code usage policy

Only one discount code can be used per order. Customers cannot combine multiple discount codes in a single transaction.

For example, if you have both a flat discount code and a free shipping code, you can choose the one that gives you the greater benefit at checkout.

Important: If you are eligible for free shipping, please remove any existing discount code. Apply any required free shipping code at checkout. Automatic postal offers, where available, apply only when their conditions are met.

Customs duties and clearance

For standard services that do not include import charges, the buyer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges imposed by the destination country. This continues to apply to India and other non-DDP destinations where applicable.

DDP services: For the Yun Express DDP countries and FedEx DDP to Monaco and Iceland listed in the table, VAT and customs duties, where applicable, are calculated and collected at checkout. No additional import charges are payable on delivery. ACI Express to the United States also includes customs duty in its shipping charge.

If the recipient refuses a non-DDP shipment due to non-payment of delivery-time customs duties, the customer will be responsible for the return freight cost.

If that non-DDP shipment is discarded, abandoned, destroyed, or not returned by customs authorities, the customer will be responsible for the total value of the shipment, including freight charges.

Free gift terms and conditions

  • The gift is added by Luxiface based on the total order value before taxes and shipping.
  • Gifts may include travel-size miniatures and may not be full-size products.
  • The offer is valid while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
  • Luxiface reserves the right to substitute the gift with a product of equal or similar value if the original gift is unavailable.

Renewed products

Korean beauty brands often update their product packaging, names, and/or formulations. Sometimes, these renewed products become available before our catalogue is updated.

In such cases, Luxiface may send the renewed version of the same product.

Shipping FAQs

How are items packaged?

Products are packed carefully in individual boxes. Each product is protected with a plastic layer and bubble wrap. Fragile items such as bottles are secured with additional bubble wrap to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier details.

You can also track your package from the order status page once the tracking link has been issued.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Delivery time depends on the selected courier, destination country, customs clearance, and local delivery partner.

FedEx usually takes 3-5 business days and Korea Post usually takes 7-10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. Yun Express European DDP delivery is estimated at about 10 business days; FedEx DDP to Monaco and Iceland at 4-6 business days. Chile and Colombia use their country-specific 12-14 business-day estimates. Please check the delivery estimate for your destination.
