Rom&nd’s ultra-popular Glasting Water Gloss offers a non-sticky, non-irritating plumping formula for full, defined lips. It is enriched with sweet almond extract for added hydration. The lightweight formula allows you to build the gloss layer without stickiness, for a full, high-definition gloss. The Glasting Water Gloss creates glossy lips with a moderate amount of sparkling glitter in just one touch. The glitter particles are extremely fine and increase the reflectiveness of the gloss for a high shine. It also creates a visible plumping effect by forming a clear moisture film over lips for a voluminous finish. The gloss shades are fairly clear and match perfectly with other lip products, to layer on top to maximize the glossy effect.
