Shipping Policy

Shipping from South Korea to your doorstep

Most orders are processed within 0–2 business days and ship from South Korea. Selected Mexico-fulfilled items ship locally within Mexico. Base freight is charged per order for each fulfillment origin; prepaid import charges can also depend on the products and quantities ordered.

Prepaid shipping and import charges (DDP)

For the 33 destinations listed below, our South Korea shipments use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. VAT and customs duties, where applicable, are calculated and collected at checkout. No additional import charges are payable on delivery.

The rates in this table are freight only. Any applicable import duty and tax are added at checkout. Your checkout delivery option shows a breakdown of shipping, import duty and import tax before you pay.

All rates and thresholds below are in US dollars (USD). Shopify converts the payable amount into the checkout currency configured for your market, where applicable.

The eligible merchandise subtotal is the product subtotal after product and order discounts, excluding shipping and tax. An exact US$60 or US$70 subtotal keeps the base freight; the reduced freight begins above the threshold shown.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by dispatch timing, public holidays, customs processing and local delivery conditions. Processing time is separate from transit time. The destination-specific estimate on the product page and available checkout services provide guidance for your order.

How prepaid import charges are calculated

For these DDP services, our fulfillment partner calculates import charges using the total supplier cost of the products, not their retail selling price. Total supplier cost includes the cost of every unit ordered; freight is excluded from the import-tax calculation.

A distinct supplier SKU is counted once per order, even if you buy several units of that SKU. Different products are counted separately even when they share an HS code. Routines and bundles are calculated from their individual component products; a component shared with another routine or purchased separately is counted only once for the fixed duty, while the cost of every unit is included in the tax base.

For Chile, Colombia and Korea-origin shipments to Mexico, please provide a valid recipient Tax ID when requested and a complete delivery address including postal code. This information may be needed by our fulfillment partner before dispatch.

Other shipping services and Mexico-local delivery

Destinations outside the DDP table continue to use their available standard shipping services. Options depend on your address and fulfillment location; only the services offered at checkout are available. The previous general FedEx/DHL options do not apply to destinations now served through the DDP table above.

Discount code usage policy

Only one discount code can be used per order. Choose the eligible product-discount or shipping offer that gives you the better benefit; multiple discount codes cannot be combined.

Apply any required code at checkout and check the final discount and delivery total before paying. Automatic offers, where available, are applied only when their conditions are met. We do not promise that a free-shipping code will be applied automatically.

Customs duties and clearance

DDP destinations

VAT and customs duties, where applicable, are calculated and collected at checkout. No additional import charges are payable on delivery. This applies to the DDP shipping services and destinations listed above. ACI Express (Duty Paid) to the United States also includes customs duty in its shipping charge.

Other destinations and services

For a service that does not state that import charges are prepaid or included, the buyer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges assessed by the destination country. This includes India where applicable.

If a non-DDP shipment is refused because delivery-time customs charges are not paid, the customer is responsible for the return freight cost. If that shipment is discarded, abandoned, destroyed or not returned by customs authorities, the customer is responsible for its total value, including freight charges.

Free gift terms and conditions

• The gift is added by Luxiface based on the total order value before taxes and shipping.
• Gifts may include travel-size miniatures and may not be full-size products.
• The offer is valid while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
• Luxiface reserves the right to substitute the gift with a product of equal or similar value if the original gift is unavailable.

Renewed products

Korean beauty brands often update their product packaging, names, and/or formulations. Sometimes, these renewed products become available before our catalogue is updated.

In such cases, Luxiface may send the renewed version of the same product.
