K-Beauty Night Routine for Glass Skin

1. Clean Your Face With a Cleansing Oil

Cleansing oils, as the name suggests, are oil-based face washes. They're usually formulated with several different kinds of lightweight oils, and they emulsify, or lather, when combined with water. This allows oil cleansers to effectively clean the skin without stripping it or weighing it down.

2. Double Clean With a Gentle Foaming Cleanser

A foaming cleanser is a cleanser that foams and isn't of a milky or creamy texture. You add water to the cleanser which helps it to work into a lather, and wash away your impurities and makeup, leaving you with clean and refreshed skin.

3. Exfoliate Your Skin

You can make small, circular motions using your finger to apply a scrub or use your exfoliating tool of choice. If you use a brush, make short, light strokes. Exfoliate for about 30 seconds and then rinse off with lukewarm — not hot — water. Avoid exfoliating if your skin has cuts, open wounds, or is sunburned.

4. Apply Toner

A toner's job is meant to gently refresh your skin without stripping it of its natural moisture. This means toner won't irritate sensitive skin or cause excessive dryness. Toner also prepares the skin to drink up your post-cleansing moisturizer and any other skin treatments that you may apply.

5. Apply Essence

Essence is a water-based skin care product that contains a high content of active ingredients to hydrate, protect, and boost the overall health of skin. When essence is applied to clean skin after using a cleanser and toner, it helps restore hydration to the skin cells.

6. Apply Ampoule

The benefits of ampoules depend on the main ingredients of the product, but some of the most popular benefits are generally anti aging, or defending the skin against pollution or other outside toxin, and moisturizing dry skin.

7. Apply Serum

Serums pack a serious punch. These highly concentrated formulations are designed to deliver a potent mix of active ingredients to your skin. Serums often address specific skincare concerns, such as aging, redness, dullness or blemishes.

8. Apply Sheet Mask

why sheet masks are considered effective is that they allow skin to rest. It's like your beauty sleep, but with relaxation it also provides the skin with an instant boost of concentrated and skin-friendly ingredients. It's also a quick-fix; you get brighter, plumper and glowing skin in 10 to 15 minutes.

9. Apply Eye Cream

Eye cream can rejuvenate skin and give it a youthful glow, even skin tone, lessen the appearance of dark circles and puffiness, prep skin for makeup, and strengthen and protect the under-eye area.

10. Apply Moisturizer

Moisturizing your face helps to protect the skin's barrier from irritation. It also helps to reduce the development of dryness, or helps you to revive your skin from dryness. Moisturizer creates a barrier between your skin and the climate, including cold, dry air that can further dry out skin.
